We formulate our natural dog soaps using the time honored method of hand mixing cold process soap making. This special, old time process has been long forgotten, but it produces a super hard, long lasting and very gentle bar of soap.

To bathe your shih tzu: wet down thoroughly  rub the bar onto your shih tzu's coat to make a rich lather massage the shampoo into the hair rinse well rub your little one down with a clean, dry towel 

Warning About CATS:  Our dog soap is gently scented with essential oils.  There is a lot of research stating that essential oils should NOT be used on cats.  Cats have very thin, delicate skin.  This means that essential oils can be absorbed more rapidly into their skin and enter the bloodstream.  Cats also lack the ability to metabolize certain essential oils the way that dogs or humans can. Their livers do not have the necessary enzymes to break down and excrete certain chemical compounds in essential oils. The chemical compounds can accumulate in a cat's body and build up to toxic levels.
